Congratulations to Richard Dyke, former Athletic outside half and Jason Raffill, former Athletic wing in completing in Ironman Wales course on Sunday September 11th around Tenby, Saundersfoot and the Pembrokeshire countryside. The event comprised a 2.4 mile swim in the waters of Carmarthen Bay, a 112 mile bike ride along the Pembrokeshire coast, followed by a full 26 mile marathon around the streets and surrounding villages of Tenby. Jason completed the course in 13hours and Richard in 13 hours 47 mins. A tremendous achievement by both of them, who are now in their 40's.
