Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of Bridgend Athletic RFC will be held on Monday 25^th September 2017 at 7.00pm

Items to be included on the Agenda of the meeting must be received in writing by the Secretary by 18^th September 2017

Nominations for the offices of General Committee and Officers of the Club must be received in writing by the Secretary by 18^th September 2017.

Candidates must be nominated and seconded in writing by full members.

The nomination together with the written consent of the candidate to accept office, if elected, must reach the Secretary by the 18^th September 2017
