Congratulations to BARFC and Ospreys Development centre Tomas Florence on his selection for the Wales U20 Six Nations Squad.
As previously reported Tomas an Ospreys U18 Development Squad player impressed the Wales U20 selectors playing for the Ospreys U20 in a friendly against the Welsh U20 squad and was selected on the bench for a friendly against England at Bristol.
Tomos played the full second half on the wing against England again catching the selectors eyes. It has just been announced Tomos has been promoted to the Wales U20 Six Nations Squad for the Summer International series.
BARFC and his coach Huw Lewis are delighted for Tomos. Huw described him as the fittest player he has ever coached and very respectful. Tomos visited Huw’s house following his game against England.
The club wish Tomos all the best and hope he can showcase his talent during the tournament. The first fixture is against Italy next Sat 19th June k.o. 8pm and featured on BBC 2.
