Bridgend Athletic RFC commence their season with a friendly fixture away at Cowbridge on July 31^st, before entering a District D2 Plate Competition involving home and away games against Nantyfyllon, Kenfig Hill and Tondu throughout August & September.

There are now only 4 Tuesday and Thursday Training sessions at 6.45pm at Newbridge Fields to improve fitness levels and become familiar with the new Covid led changes to the game before July 31st.    

Players are reminded they must self-register online to play for BARFC. Any assistance contact Team Manager Paul Hearne.
