The 1^st XV squad visit Kidwelly this Saturday August 11th k.o 2.30pm. Players bus leaves club at 12pm – supporters welcome. The following Saturday following Bridgend v Redingensian Rams at 2,30pm the Athletic play Redingensian Titans at 5pm at the Morganstone Brewery Field. A combined 1^st & 2^nd XV squad then visit Llantwit Major on August 25^th.

The 1^st XV start their National League Div 1 East Central campaign at the Morganstone Brewery Field on September 1^st when Dinas Powys are the visitors. They have a home fixture with Morriston RFC in the National Plate Cup Competition on September 29^th at Newbridge Fields.

The club are still awaiting the 2^nd XV Welsh Conference fixtures. They have been drawn away to Bridgend Sports 1^st XV in the National Bowl Cup Competition on September 15^th.

Following reaching the semi-final of the Nelson 10s competition last Saturday 4^th August the Youth prepare for the season with a friendly away at Cwmbran this Saturday 11^th August, then compete in the Kenfig Hill 7s on August 18^th and complete preseason with a friendly away at Porthcawl on 25^th August. They start their league campaign on 1^st September with a local derby away at Tondu.
